This is an independent guide to Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome. We built it to put what you need in one place: official prices, opening hours, how to get there and practical tips for the visit.

We are not the Museo Nazionale di Castel Sant'Angelo, the Direzione Musei nazionali della città di Roma or the Ministry of Culture, and this is not the official website. We do not run the museum, we do not use its logos or its images, and we do not sell the official tickets: those are sold through the channels the museum indicates. The name Castel Sant'Angelo is the name of a state monument and we use it only to describe it.
